Get a short fabric strap from your local 4wd shop to limit the travel up front a bit. It looks like the bag is the only thing stopping the lift, which is putting even more stress on an already out of shape airbag. Take an inch or so of lift away, and you'll help the angle and take pulling stress off the bag.

BTW- we've sold over a thousand Slam Bags this year, and I've had TWO come back for warranty replacement. Their new rubber compounds and assembly methods definitely work!
I've run Firestones, Contis, and AirLifts before, but Slams are definitely my favorite!

I have come to the opinion its not the bag but how its installed. I have seen Airlifts blow apart on two separate occasions, but it was because the upper and lower mounting plates were misaligned and they were being used with too much PSI. On the other hand, my current truck has Airlifts all the way around, but with correct alignment and never see over 150-160 PSI. They have been on the truck for 3 years as a daily with zero issues and still look great. I have also owned Slams, but only on a project vehicle which never saw any road action. They appeared to be a better designed bag than the Airlift's, I believe they were the RE-8's. I can't speak for Contitech's or Firestone bags, but I'am sure people have had good and bad experiences with both. Which leads me back to my original statement that a lot of failures are because of improper installations. I believe thats enough rambling, sorry, I just had my morning coffee, lol.

Put anothe set of HEs or XSs and you probably wont have any problem. If they came off somthing else they were used to moving one way then you put them on this truck and they started moving a different way thats allot of strain. Its like putting three year old tires on your ride and then going racing through the hills probably gona blow a tire.

Why do you even need that much lift?

To answer the lift question the truck is going to be bodied on a decent tire. The other f-150 that raw did gets barely enough lift from what I hear and I didnt want to worry. Ive also figured out that Im overlayed by an inch so im going to make a lower cup that is only an inch on 1 side to change the bag angle. Thanks guys!
