Is this Ryan?
What tank are you useing because 1500 psi isnt shit

A expansion tank will help a bit. Just cap off your frame and use it. Also Nitrogen repels water and moisture so youll keep the inside of your frame from rusting

If you dont have room for a compressor just add a shreader valve some were. Then if your getting low on nitrogen or go on a long trip just carry a 5$ walmart pump with you

Heres a link to your feature from b2r http://www.built2railmagazine.com/ma...hjimmy/1n2.htm

yes this is ryan, you are correct i called the company that i get it filled at and they said the highest they will go is 2500psi. so that should help some. the pump is a good idea.

I have about 10 bottles taking from all different types and sizes with different contents. My oxygen and 75/25 are always filled between 2200 and 2400 psi no matter how big the bottle is. I only deal with Airgas. They have good prices and they always treat me well. They've hydrotrstwd a 250 cf bottle that I found in the woods. It passed and when I went to pick it up they gave me a brand new one, no questions asked. I also get all of my welding wire there. About $30 for an 11 lb spool. Plus I can do all of my billpaying online. I can track every purchase that's ever been put on my account. If you don't have enough money now to pay for something, just charge it and take care of the bill at the end of the month. I can do all of that from my cell phone at any time. Ya can't beat it.

talking to a buddy of mine at airgas i asked him about how safe it is having a nitorgen bottle in the back of a truck. the bottles themselves are filled at 70 degrees F. to an odd ball number its lik 2,165 lb. (dont quote me on the exact number its just ball park) it also depends on what temperature you get the bottle at. ive noticed that when i pick a bottle up at noon like i usually do, my bottle will have anywhere from 2000-2300 lbs in it. even if the bottles were filled to 2400 every time, when making them they pressure test the cylinders with 3 times that psi. a 200 bottle can easily hold 6000 lbs and not even flinch. as long as the bottle is sitting in the bed of a truck safely secured with tank vices completely full i feel just as safe with it there as if it werent.

what kind of truck do you have? that says a lot about how much air it takes to lift the front of your truck. they also make a 150 bottle thats slightly bigger than the 125 if a 200 bottle wont fit.
