all you need is in my post above but its not hard at all. start with your 20 feet of S.O cord its same as an extention cord but bigger and its black but it needs to be 8/3 whitch means it has a black,red,white and green the black and red are your two hots the white is your nuetral and green is your ground if you buy an 4 wire plug your x,y should be your hots and the other will be your nuetral. i could walk you through this if you want i'll im you my number
