They're TYC LED tails and i had my paint guy do it. i'm not sure exactly what he does (as prep work) but its several coats of a semi clear paint.

i had my stock ones done up the same but they didn't look NEARLY as sweet as these do with the rows of LED's... and these are safer being brighter and all...

they make rattle can stuff that you can buy but i'm not sure i'd trust it on $200+ tail lights.

scuff the lights, and shoot clear with alittle black toner in it. the guys at napa or where-ever you get your paint should be able to give you your mix ratio's
