Good Clear Hard Hitting Subwoofer?

like I said just go to walmart. Buy there box that has the neon lights in it. That one is sweet. Do stay away from JL audio thought because price has nothing to do with quality at all. Rockford is just another sell out. There best shit doesnt even come close.

memphis m class are the shit best sounding sub ive ever heard...i got a 15 and 2 10's and hit 143db. with mclass and its so clear sounding.

I got 2 10' audiobahns with a Memphis digital 1000D amp, 2 caps, 2 optimas, hit 157.8db at Audio Source here in Salem, OR

I am going to have to go with Fosgate and JL . I have fosgate in all of my cars only becasue for the money they are the best sounding and lasting subs I have found. If I could afford it I would run JL though they are so clear and pound plus if ran properly they last for ever I have a friend that has 3 w3 12's on a JL 800/1 amp that he's had in his car for 4 years and he pounds the shit out of them still sound as good as new. my fosgates are about two years old and I pound the fuck outta all of them and they still sound great especially the P2's I recommend to go with P2's night and day to the P1's

i have 2 13 inch w7's sound very good and hit fuckin hard as fuck but other speakers that sound good are L7's or solobaric x's my w7's i got 2 brutus amps i had planet audio 2250 but didnt really work that good

I've had three systems in the toy. 4 JBL 10's in a ported box. Hit hard. 3 JLW6's. Not so great. Currently running Kicker 12's. Have to say hardest hitting system I have had. Hits hard enough my damn CD player skips. Pretty brutal with the truck closed up. Just like anything you will have opinions on everything.

Try out Digital Designs, RE, Elemental Designs, Adire Audio, Image Dynamics, Diamond Audio, Most of the well Known Companys out your Basically payin for the name not the speaker which will make u end up gettin different subs anyways

You can buy a sub far better than any of the crap at circuit city or your local audio shop for half the price of any of their lines. Just have to do a little research. Scottie Johnson doesnt run 16 18 RE MT's for no reason. And Steve Meade doesn't run FI for no reason. Though RE went up in price, I would look straight past JL to their line up.
