shoulda put an FE in it if you wanted a real motor. the frame looks good but I will never understand building a cheap motor. A 351 would have put down just as much and would have been 10 times cooler.

How long you been working on it? James needs to see this, get him some motivation for his Mustang with a blown 350 to get rollin.

Yea the truck is originally from Cali and a chic did own it. I bought it as a simple project and then it snowballed on me but i'm sure you guys know how that goes. As for the choice of motor. I got the block and heads for free so i couldn't pass up the deal and my family is into street rods so the whole chevy in a ford don't really bother me none

what exactly is your plan for steering? i see what looks to be steering rods, but how are you hooking it up? stock steering box? ever considered just running a manual rack and pinion?
