hey im gona do a 1 3/4 z on the frame of my 93 yota i just need to know if the amount that im gona z my frame sounds right thanks alot

It should be 1.5" or less. You can trim the bottom of the crossmember to make your Z smaller also.

like seth said, pretty much depends how far you are through the front crossmember. i d=rug mine just past the bolts made a new raised member and didnt z it because the frame was less than 1/2" off the ground in the front

yea mine is a 1 1/2but i fugured a 1/4 in for clearence

The Z on my old yota was a little over an inch because i was into the bolts on the crossmember. I got a bunch of pictures of it if you need them.

Looks like you did it right. Just make some transitions in the shape of a triangle to support it, weld them and the sides up, then plate over it.
