Self taught on the 3d side but I have purchase LOTS of DVD tutorials. I purchased my first 3d software (Strata Studio Pro) back in 1995 or so. So I have been dabaling in 3d for a long time.

damn..... all i gotta say

DAMN and i paid 75k for an education in 3d i am not using.....they taught maya....problem was they taught all the buttons...nothing on technique or workflow....just heres this button and what it does...figure out how to use it.....coulda done that with a $35 book.....i have done my frame several times....the first version is in my profile for the 4runner...i notice each time i play with maya (which is not as often as i should) things get little better but still no where near what your producing.....unforutnatley i was taught a very little bit of an extensive program (as any 3d program is) and they didnt let us concentrate on our strong points to make ourselves better...but oh well....looks great though and i wish i was able to produce work half as good as what your doin

Tony, thanks for the compliments man. This is something that I have wanted to do for A LONG TIME and it does take a commitment, but it is starting to payoff - BIG TIME. Find the time and get back into it. The frame you did looks killer!
