I got mine to work with only 1 heim joint. and i got my off a saturn at the junk yard. I think it was a saturn, Im not really sure. but that is were i would get it if i were you. and if you use the "if it fits in your tool bag its free" rule, they can be really cheap!

Gotta love that rule!!!!

the top ones almost look like impact tools. like 3/4" stuff. that might be an option, but the junkyard FWD stuff is probably alot cheaper. unless you have some old/broken tools you dont need.

im about at the point i gotta do that on the ramcharger. thanks for the pics guys. more please.

lol, my steering shaft hits the upper arm if i push down on the nose and its only got cut coils. gotta love dodge engineering....and have you seen the engine crossmembers on dodges?!

Go to the junk yard and look for some T-birds they have a "Standard DD U-Joint"

These U-Joints bolt on so it might make your install easier than those weld in types...

Although that installation above looks top notch with the weld in type.

Do you guys know what year t-birds are compatible for this? It does bolt right up to the stock steering assembly?

i dont remember exactly where i ordered them from. but they arent impact or socket. they were some kind of heavy duty automotive ones. i also like that junkyard rule.. except theyve caught on here and now check your tool bag as well.
