got the rails fit into the frame this afternoon. took a lot of test fitting and trimming but ya gotta love a plasma! kinda ended up looking like a semi-arched compound miter cut in the 2x4. fits pretty good and next i have to deal with the 1/8"-3/16" of frame that now sits below the new rail. have an idea for that too.

i dont have stock exhaust either, but i was worried about clearances with the cab using longer headers, so if i used the shorties that fit to your stock exhaust, they should fit like the manifolds did when i bodydropped my truck....

more progress.. rails are tacked in, some beads are ran but more welding coming tommorrow night. top plates are made along with inside fish plates. that was a lot of plasma cutting, fitting, cutting, grinding, etc.. block and empty trans case are in for mockup, still need to find a RCSB shaft. anyways.. Pics..
