there is a picture up there of the bracing..its just a piece of angle tacked to the back of the hinge to keep them strait... after it was all welded in, i cut a hole, well more like a slice and pushed a piece of 2in wide 1/8 steel in to the hinges and tacked it the the exoskeleton and to the hinges on the top and bottom hinge to keep them from flexing when they are all the way open ill take a picture tomorrow if you don't under stand what im talking about.. the hinges from where ever you buy them are not gonna be EXACTLY the same so its just a little different on each one so make sure everything is as close as possible to being the same with the top and bottom...be really careful when welding the hinges to the door cuz it realy needs some support of else it WILL flex rear easy and not look right with the door panels on...the pictures of that one truck on here are efin bad ass..it has start to finish ...and the welds are so so nice but i think its in Australia?
