thanks but i already did it....i dont sugest it to no one lol...got one door done in a day and a half tho....

the out edges of the brackets are 13 inches apart....agfter you do your first test swing you are gonna have to make small modifications to the hinge and mite have to limit to door to about 80 degrees instead of 90 or else the moving parts of the hinge that you weld in to the door will hit the window..so i suggest after your text swing without the door on the hinges just make sure that they some what point towards the door jam of the front of the door...kinda confusing but you will figure out when your doing it...

are you going to run any additional bracing on the inside of your door? maybe going down to the front bottom corner? it looks like you tied the hinges together in the door, but cant really tell. all i can say is brace the hell out of it, factory hinges are designed way better than suicide hinges and provide much more structural stability. just dont let that door sag..

my door does not ag but there is 1/8 bracing all on the inside of the door...there is 1inch ange and 2x1/8 inch allover but i have a little more braking than what is pictured....in side the door jam is the only thing that flexes when the door swings open and hits the stoper and its reinforced to!!!oh and when you tack the angle the hinge that goes in the cab, make sure you push the angle a little farther outwards or the stopper will hit it when you close it...
