use the por 15 tank sealant kit. just plug all the holes except 1 to fill it, but plug it to once u got the stuff in then follow directions.

Don't forget to drain out the excess when you're done, BEFORE it dries. Also, don't set it down with a port at the bottom of the tank, because some of the sealer will drain, and sit there. I learned the hard way, and sealed a port on a motorcycle tank.

Or just buy Stainless or Aluminum tanks.

Aluminum will oxidize and cause just as many problems as rust.Stainless all the way.
