Draggin chopped up VDUB Blocks?

I totally agree people are turning into pussys, scared to drag thier truck, anyone ever seen a trailer ball come out from under a ride it isnt pretty.

and for those that don't feel like ruining our trucks...do what? Theres ways to do things, and trailor balls isnt it. Sure draggin frame is "cool" and body is "cooler" but those who want to have a little fun on the highway at no expense to their ride......id say blocks are fair game.

expense to your ride is what originally was the fun of it.... it was all about knowing that your shit could handle it and when you fucked something up you took it home as your trophy and built it back 10x better...

I'd rather see 3 trucks railing frame on a video than 150 show trucks running blocks in every video!

Whats wrong with welding 1/4" plate on the bottom of your frame and draggin that instead of some 6" tall block that makes your truck layout all fucked up?? Your truck will sit lower and you will still be able to drag without tearing up your frame or rockers.

heres the pics dustin was talking about, its not a trailer ball, its a drag block that salas had welded to the rear of his burban and hit an uneven part of i-10 coming back from gator drag this year

im glad to see more block haters out there than just me.I look at it this way build a badass truck do what ever you want to with it. but if your gonna drag do it for real.

and the guy following salas was on of our guys and that was his drag block salas had and we made a joke that salas atleast returned the drag block to the owner

im running a block for battle drag and turkey drag only after that my truck will be finished and laying flat frame it does know but the frt needs some notching and the tank lays but when i bolt my block on im using grade 8 bolts

i guess someone will just have to die from a flyin block or ball before people realize its stupid to do.

well considering how many people get killed by drunk drivers and still do it I dont see that happening.... just too many idiots out there that think there "cool"

on the flip side when someone does get killed all of us are going to be paying for it because then the people who are doored and shit are going to take the brunt of it... cops arent going to go after the guys who are dragging blocks and can't lay out cause the trucks dont look when sitting like they could be a culprit.... it's the guys laying flat the fuck out that are going to get screwed
