I did order from Michael White in past and paid through Paypal and filed claim on him which made product get here quite fast.

Now the first thing any of you people should have done was right before the 45 day limit you open a claim through paypal . You can then leave that claim open until he sends them or ignores it and Paypal takes the money out of his bank he cant do a thing about it. This works with any transaction through paypal from ebay anything the seller is never protected and always loses claim .
But like RussD said time to move on he isnt giving peoples money back
