Sell whole or part out?

if you cant sell it take it to a scrap yard and sell it to them...at least you will get a few pennies on the dollar for it. better than junk n it

I don't see why you wont be able to sell it. Its cherry and Fully powdercoated! Comes with all the arms and rear axle too?

thats always the problem, people who dont need or want it cant understand why it takes so long to sell something.

"what is it worth" threads are useless for gauging value. Its worth what the highest bidder with money and the intention to buy will pay, and thats it.

I'm not knocking on anyone, just speaking very generally. But the difference between what your buddies TELL you something is worth and what you can actually SELL it for is huge. If its not my money we are talking about, your frame is worth 12 gogol dollars. No shortage of people to tell you stuff like that. Try and get them to open their wallets though, there's the rub.

Russ is exactly right and everyone being on this 'omg, i have to build my truck even tho i'll build it learning on a walmart welder b/c its uncool not to do it all myself' phase everyone is in, selling it will be VERY hard.

Russ makes a great point, it is always how much to ship to this zip and this zip. I am not knocking anyone or anything, it is all about who wants it and who has the cash, Seth the frame is sick. I have been trying to part my s10 for months, got rid of some of the air ride but it looks like the rest of the stuff will have to be junked if I can't get it sold, and I also have a frame new from cab back with all the goodies

give it to a buddy seth, or raffle it off at a show, or dontate it to someone who doesnt have the ability or money to do what they want to their truck.

use it as a show chassis... or sell it to a company that needs a chasis to dispay their products.. just a few ideas

I've been down the road once or twice now so I can ask this... Why must everyone build a chassis?? Are the days of just making what you have nice and driving the truck gone?
