Jayme, are you running accumulators, or are you doing a spring/shock combo under the control arm? I always thought about running cylinders like that and I give you a lot of credit for pulling it off. Looks great!

I've welded to cylinder casings several times with no adverse affects. Just make sure you remove all the insides first.

thanks, this set up has taken me a bit to get it right but should be cool when done. I am running accumulators with mini coils in the back and I should be able to fit some shocks up front

NOT TO INTRUDE, BUT I HAD AN 85 ACCORD AND IT HAD STRUTS THAT ONLY BOLTED TO THE KNUCKLE.IT HAD NO UPPER ARMS.I WANT TO GET ANOTHER ONE AND JUICE IT BUT WAS CONFUSED ABOUT HOW TO DO THE FRONT. ANYBODY HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE IN THAT AREA. THANKS

reverse flow cylinders mounted up like the stock strut should work. Havent messed that that gen accord though so Im not sure
