fbi??

im planning on buying an air ride kit real soon and i was lookin around online and fbi has some pretty decent prices on a kit for my ranger..

what im wondering is everyones opinion on fbi and the quality of their parts like brackets and stuff...

I had the fbi 4-link on my old ranger, and still have the lowers on my hardbody in my profile. The guys that done my work also used there tabs for my truck and i drive it daily with no problems.I've said it before and will repeat myself as needed,my friends and i have always had good service from the fbi guys. hope this helps

I was always concerned from some of the things I read on here about customer service, well I signed up for the membership anyways and started ordering. I had a part come in damaged and was all worried about it, I called and spoke to victor who took care of me and said not to worry about it there sending me new parts no problem. Real cool guy to talk to and very helpfull, I will continue doing buisness through them.

I've had good success as well. I think people just like to overreact with these guys. They have been very cooperative with me and my dealings with them.

I have a FBI 4-link on my S-10. Its been my daily for three years and ive never had a problem.

I purchased my entire bag setup through fbi and they were great to deal with and had good quality products! I would recommend them!

i just also bought a complete airbag setup for my 65 c10, and was real pleased how everything turned out. will definately continue doing business with them, just get the membership, its worth it.

I didn't have the best transaction with them. I ordered a complete bag kit and recieved most of it. The airtank leaked around the half the weld on the right side. It was really bad. I also never got my air zenith compressor. I was told it was back ordered then 3 months later I told them I would just like a refund. It has been over six months and countless emails and I never got a refund or compressor.
