haha, i take some pride in that stripe. im the guy who had to spend half a day researching where the factory stripe goes. laying out a factory stripe. running fine line along the edges of that. then from the edge of the quarter to the point in the middle of the trunk, on all 4 edges, on each side, they sorta aimed out at the edge of the trunk. sorta \/\/ instead of \/. so i had to reset all those lines. its just how the real stripe came out. well worth the time to mask it though. looks perfect. car got 3 coats of clear, 1000 grit hand wet sand, then 2 more coats, then 1000/1500/2000/3000/buff. that part alone took our painter almost 40 hours. and he's been doing that stuff for like 20 years.
