Lookin good bro. Why did you go with re-8's in the rear? And correct me if im wrong, but when runnin the bags on the bars (like it looks like your going to do)doesn't one end of the link have to have a poly bushing, so the bar doesn't roll? Just tryin to learn something here. Never the less badass, i was going to get an 84 Madzda like that for $400. But the dude never came through.

From what you said, that makes perfect sense, I'll go ahead and use a poly bushing one one of the ends on both the lower bars. To answer your other question about the RE-8's theres no real answer, basically for the hell of it and the got a little more volume to hold the air, in turn - a nicer ride.

Sort of. I still like RE7s out back for a bag on bar application, for the simple fact that less pressure = soft. Which is good, to an extent. When you get too little pressure, you get too soft of a ride. With the leverage ratio you can make the bag feel very soft, and create an even bouncier ride at low ride heights. Unless you plan on driving 6 inches off the ground all the time, then ti will be absolutely fine. But if you like to drive low, say an inch off the ground, and the bag is in the middle of the bar you will have maybe 10 psi in the bag. In this case, it isn't doing much at all. Where an RE7 may be at 25 psi and provide a decent ride. If I were you, I would put those 8s closer to the axle than the pivot, and run a nice shock. I just did a bag on bar with RE8s, too soft. It needs some stiff shocks to not bottom out easily from 4 inches and lower.

how are you going about doing the body mounts? i see you dont have them marked on the table? thats the only thing holding me back from doing mine, so any help is appreciated.

for the next time you can always make some locators for your table, then just screw them down the amount of drop, and put your bodymounts on...

say your doing this. if your doing say a 3 inch stock floor, your rails are 6 stock, 3 on the new frame, do you just drop the mounts 3 inches from where they were originally?

Thanks for the support guys, I actually do have the body mounts located and marked for the cab. I can post a picture tomorrow of how i did it but my camera is dead for now. Tonight I welded up all the seams on the frame and grinded em down and smoothed things out. Tomorrow Im gonna cut out gussetts for everything and weld em up so I'll post pics when im done.
