north carolina mini truck scene

The scene is slower here than it was 4-5 years ago, but just because you dont see alot of vehicles on the road regularly doesnt mean they dont exist in garages and driveways I havent driven mine since September of 2005... And I could name 10 more that arent finished not too far away. That should change soon though. Dont base your move off how many minitruckers live there. That makes no sense to me because shows will make up for that...

I have the perfect place for this, its in the concord mills area off I-85 in concord (where the speedway is) The manager of the place has ok'd it with me & they have plenty of parking spaces & is welcoming the extra crowds for for a boost in sells...Food, Liquor, and a nice safe place to park, hang out for awhile. A Minitrucker's version of cheers. Anyways, its the Applebees off speedway blvd across from concord mills mall. The staff is laid back & the GM/managers are cool as hell & the bartender on the weekends is just like us except he has a SS camaro newer style, & did I mention he is the BEST!! I go there each weekend, good crowd, laid back, no cop trouble & no idiots like at clubs & bars. Plenty of lights and people to look at your rides!

There is a scene here in NC it's just changed faces over the past few years. It goes like everything else.

been here my whole life and the scene isnt too bad...im in SC now in columbia and there is no mini truckers here! kinda sucks, but the bar scene is good! haha...but yea id get up with some of the Pebble Pushers guys in charlotte, definitely good people...hope to see it grow more around here though

who are these pebble pushers people you speak of cole?

There are a lot of cut up trucks, its finding the quality ones that are hidden away lol. I can name 10 bagged trucks in my city but 3/4's of them are hacks, kinda scary some are on the road. I dont consider large numbers to equal a scene. I am going to start driviing mine more but I have been guilty of only pulling out erry once and a while.

i live in morganton and when its warmer i usually go up to hickory
