blazerado res. question

so we're sitting here looking at the new MT, and i can't figure out what the deal is with the body line in the door? also the body line right in front of the rear fender well near the bottom? i don't recall seeing that body line on the old version or on a factory colorado. any insight on where, who, what, why it's there? lol... were just curious

i was wondering the same thing at first i thought it was just a reflection

yea i think in now way its the same truck...mabe someone else started building one and the old just happened to wreck so they finished the other one saying its the org. one i mean i like them both ...but i know no one went threw the trouble to rebuild that one ...mabe its a dif truck but im sure its not the same one mabe the frame ...but that dont make it the same truck

its not like it was just some random dude that built it..it was ssc...so im pretty sure its the same truck..why would they lie? but yeah i have no clue on the body line thing

The blazerado is unibodied so I doubt its the same frame with a new body. That body line is ugly IMO and the old paint was much better but w/e. It was sold just before it wrecked so maybe the new owner wanted to rebuild it to make it his own?

IMO both paint jobs suck/sucked. the first had that goofy lookin mercedes / peace sign on the fender and now this one looks like an oscar meyer package or better yet ketchub and mustard. im not hating on all the work put into it - just the fact that they topped all that killer work off w/ ugly paint! its like putting 1000 ugly ceramic lawn decorations (ie gnomes, deer, ducks, etc) in front of a mansion on the beach! im not hating on it, i just couldnt hold that in any longer...

Isn't SSC the new owner??

Im not a fan of the new look, but its not my truck.
