Very cool. Looking at a lot of work right there. Only thing it needs is a fancier alignment job on those panels and it would be gold. And I personally doubt it's a Toyota. Looking at the lines on the roof/windows, bed floor, and rear end under it, seems to be an extended cab S-10. Also has an '88-'98 Silverado bodyline/tailgate on it.

I GO TOO SEE THAT TRUCK IN PERSON AT SEMA -- IT WAS COOL AS HELL AND HOLDINGS ITS OWN NEXT TO A BUNCH OF HIGH END RIDES --- BUT I DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT WAS EITHER ---

Dude that 'yota with the hummer grill looks killer. So does that mazda with the izuzu front. And some of these things may be, lets say different, but you have to respect some of the craftsmanship that goes into some of these bitches. Like the Ranger with the mustang front, look at how all the panels and bodylines line up and everything.

the rust oxide truck is a 89-98 fullsize chevy ext cab that was chopped. you can buy that whole glue on body panel kit. it is not metal it is fiberglass or urethane i dont remember. it does glue on though and then you just paint it. i think it is pretty trick.

the mazda with the isuze rodeo front end also has 94-04 s-10 tailights. it was one that was featured in build ups in the 90's in MT. the name i believe was street boutique customs, something like that. he was in AZ or NV i think.

this is a cool thread and there is some really nice looking ones and nice work in this, there is also some with bad work and dont look so good.

When I built the 1965/ 1993 c-1500 I built it as an f-u to all the donks and rediculous rides at sema, the funny thing is, is that it got as much attention as 100k rides there. It is a love it or hate it truck, Kevin shot it for a busted knuckle feature for sport truck while I was there. I built it in about a month, some panels need to be aligned but I will probably leave it, its a crap rod, I like it. It was painted 3 days before sema, and motor put in the day I left. Not bad to body drop, chop and build frame and install a kit and paint in less than a month all by myself with a little help at night from friends. Again. its a 1993 FULLSIZE GMC p/u under a 1965 replica fiberglass kit with alot of sutle mods too.

^^^^ It looks good bro, i really like it. Its probably cool too, to get a shit load of attentioin for something that probably didn't cost much to build. And by the way the bed floor is awesome man. I love how it looks all broken and shit. Very nice bro.
