thats wierd, ive had no problems cutting and drilling titanium and i work with it everyday. i guess if you are drilling it with a high speed bit i could see why it would be difficult.

just kidding, i'll sell you mine for $250. In case you're thinking i'm pricing you steep, just to get the 4 blocks i have drilled and tapped was $8/hole which is $64 (just for the drill and tap). And the closest i could find to my long bar on ebay is $147 for a piece of 1"x1 1/2"x12". Mine's bigger and 3x as long, so you're getting a hell of a deal. And actually, if you want, i'll deliver it myself. I have to drive right through your town, i have to be in Knoxville 2-3 thru 2-7 for company meetings, so i can bring it by 2-2 evening, 2-3 morning, or sometime in the late morning/early aftenoon 2-7.
