sounds like a possible short in the tach wire, we got a couple of those when i used to work at a tint shop installing that stuff, just find a stereo shop or somewhere like that, and they would prolly fix it for nothing, if they know what their doing

your problem is more than likely the 555L that was put in there to bypass the transponder system in that truck. It's not reading the resistance correctly. What happened is when it tried to start, the resistance was wrong and the passkey system went into shut down mode. It will not start for 15 minutes. That's the way it works in Chevy's. I have seen alot of 555L's go bad, you can use 2 relay's with resistors and yank out the 555L and do it that way.

does it have a factory alarm? if so disarm the factory alarm and thn try

DBLDOWN hit it on the head, Your module is messing up and tripping the passlock on your truck. Basically the truck things its being hotwired. So...New module, I would reccomend looking into someone that sells products from Omega industries....Goto bypasskits.com...they are the best products on the market.
