Custom Carpet on bodydrops

you should just bought on of the bolt on body drops from suicide doors. It comes with carpet that fitsperfectly and you can use all factory kick panels and shit..

and you can lay doors with it too! i wish it were that easy haha

What is it you are looking for? The solution won'te be free. It will cost money. You've pretty much shot down any solution given to you on here and in chat. If you can do a BD you can recut the floor to angle the plates.

But anyways.. Buy some carpet that matches you existing kit. Cut it and glue over your side plates. If you want a better looking edge use piping like people do on seats between the parts.

Other then that Don't know what to tell you. Seems like no one has the correct answer that you are looking for.

i got the carpet for my bd'd dakota at yourautotrim.com. its cheap, looks nice, and easy to work with. it was wide enough for me to lay in and form it to the floor and down the steps.

dont glue anything down...go buy a molded carpet kit and ask for it to have excess on the sides, put it in without glue and crimp the edges with your sill plates and kickpanels!!! its not that hard, use your imagination and re-think it twice, you can do it effortlessly and without glue.
