here in tn you can have someone who owns a wrecker service get you a title... pretty easy too! but imo you could find a heaping pos and buy it for the title alone. craigslist always has a junk truck for around $100

I live in TN and have never heard of a wrecker service being able to get titles.
Any way does anybody have a title and vins for sale?

just go to a paralegal file the paperwork for 30$ file a lien get the lien passed takes 30 days unless you have a bill of sale at which point you just go to dmv & say you lost the pink slip need to register it in your name
