What thickness flat bar for doored truck....

mine is welded to the inside rocker but i will be guesseting the inner rocker to the bottom of the floor. i will throw some pics up just waiting on income tax to get a new digital camera cuz mine took a shat.

i used 3/16 strap and my doors are about an 1/8 off the ground
