whats the truck worth like it sits? just as it sits!!

how much you get will proably depend on the severity of the damage. how bad is that frame tweaked? if at all. the motor get trashed? with a little armor all and elbow grease that front sheetmetal will shine right up lol. the truck still looks very salvagable. good luck man.

Is the Insurance company wanting to total it?

insurance just looked at it today i should know something by the end of the week. i was just curious as to what its worth if they total it and give me the option to buy it back.

Book on it is probably somewhere in the 8000-9000 range just guessing mileage is around 100k. But they way stuff is now you never know what the price of anything is from day to day in the used car/truck world.

Dude if nothing else buy it back and part it out!!! That way at least you can recoup some of the money the insurance agency is gonna try to screw you on!!

sorry about your luck with all the weather related acedents this year the insurance companys are going to try a screw every one that much more so I'd hold out on them as much as possable and dont give up the truck thats your bargining chip theirs some good advice over on 67-73 board about dealing with insurance co. Ill go look for the link
