I need some pics or info on how you ran your lower rad. hose on the pass side after dropping your frame horn.

Don't know if i still have any pics but on the ones we've done we drop it straight down, then cut the inside corner off of the part still sticking up. Then we take the piece we cut off, flip it over and use it as a filler where we just cut it off of. Still hafta make a small filler but it makes it alot easier and looks good when your done. I'll try and look through my old pics.

I dont know how to post a pic, but we ran thru the frame on a current customers truck. Welded a tube thru the frame larger than the rad diameter.... looks trick

i m usin stock uppers, and i notched my frame for the lower hose, it easy , i havent narrowed mine but a half inch on the uppers and lowers wouldnt hurt!

I got the 3/4 ton uppers on mine. I have never read anything about anybody shortening them. I put my fenders on this morning and did a trial run, and they were pretty damn close.
