All of these magazine trucks are great, but there were a LOT of local trucks around here that influenced me way more than any magazine truck in the late 80's and early 90's. Hopefully some old school local people will have some old pics (lucky, JT, Catfish, Josh Long, Kelly?) of some of these trucks. The trucks that really did it for me were Troy Gravens' Silver Sled/Permanent Vacation, vert 720, James Mehathy's Puzzled Hardbody vert, Tony Haynes' blue with pink scalloped Blazer Who's Bad?, that black Toyota x cab with the graffics, 5 spoke wheels, ground fx, tweed and wood interior and bed that cruised Percy Priest, the 10 or so 720 verts from the early 90's ( Yellow , purple, green, marron, etc. I think there was one in every color), my old Hardbody vert originally from Mt. Juliet, my old Ram 50, some of the trucks from South Side Illusions (including Lucky's Toyota, the green Hardbody with the shell, the purple Hardbody with ground fx, the maroon Hardbody x cab that was clean enough to eat off of at any given time). You guys post pics if you have them. I would love to see some of these old local trucks, and I lost most of my old pics a long time ago.
