Thats the first design. I have better ideas in mind. I also like to make the arms lay on 20s or 22s with stock spindles. Its only a matter of balljoint angle.
IF you take a truck, put 22s (for example) on it, and lay it out, then make the balloints bottomed out at the layed out height, you will still have plenty of travel to raise the truck and drive. Most stock balljoints are within 7 degrees of a long travel or uniball.
It will probably be in the middle of the summer, unless I get my bender and lathe sooner than I anticipate.
I do owe a set of Frontier arms to a guy. So when I make those, the plan is to make an extra set to sell. This is the only way I can afford to have my shop and build backordered parts.
The Frontier uppers can use a screw in balljoint, and the lowers may use some easy to find one, I just havent finished my research on the lower balljoints yet.
I may just have to get a spindle and test some popular balljoints to find a suitable one.
