what happened to customer service????

Ok so i order some bags about 2 weeks ago. Most of the time its like 3 to 4 days before i get them. Well its like 2 weeks now so i called and asked for a tracking number, well they couldn't give me one because the bags i ordered are on back order.But no one could take the time to call and let me , but they had the time to take the money out of my freaking account.oh and i ordered some other stuff but they wont send it untill they send the bags ........sorry just had to vent a little

I feel ya bro, I oredered some slam RE7's and I am still waiting on them.

Customer Service??? What is that? Customer Service with just about anything these days sucks some major ass. I would say because no one wants to do it and most think they are underpaid. But what they might forget is that sometimes a big corporation might send their customer support overseas as well. I know, I use to work for one of them companies. My wife always ask for a manager. Normally that is what it takes

He didnt order them through me phil lol...everyone is out of slams right now cause lowrider depot is backordered i took the last 2 the other day. I still have a company i can get them from actually 2 companies. That is why the big shops arent always the best to deal with...

i ordered two slams re7's last week and got them in three days. but since we're bitching about customer service i also ordered a rollpan almost a month ago and where the hell is it!!!

Well phil your a trader i see how it is...anyways from what i just heard or saw is everyone that orderd from lowrider depot they shouldbe getting the slams they are shipping direct from slam them sleves instead of waiting ot get them on the other side of the country so it will be backwards this time around. everyone on the east coast will have to wait till next week and everyone on the west coast should have them by mon-tuesday... phil you know i sell stuff man i tell you...

We can still get customers Slam bags direct no problem, they also sent out our shipment yesterday so we will have stock next week.

slam was backordered on their own raw material so alot of venders are feeling it right now, esp. if your ordering in large qty's. They have told us though that we'll be receiving another order within the next couple of days
