what happened to customer service????

Some company's still have it! I had to send my custom made radiator back to Griffin Thermal because of a small leak! After talking with their service rep. I received a call from the company president saying they are going to make me a new radiator, polish & ship it for $200.This was made in 03.
The polishing alone cost me $250!

yea jon. i just figured id try somewhere diff and didnt even think of you. plus gravity werx had sale on airline and some shit i needed. it worked out. lol

customer service can only be found in a few places these days.

if you want customer service call steve at cando everyone should learn from him if i cant get the parti dont take the money i always let my customer know if its backordered then they can decide usps lost my buddys leds and steve sent him a second pair without any questions when the second pair arrived my buddy called steve and told him he was sending the 2nd pair back most people would have tried to screw him over but he was like steve is good people and want him to know that he was honest

Had great experience with him. He even emailed me after i recieved a lexan window wondering how it looked and wanting to see some pics. Cool guy

you might whant watch out for RAW they keep telling me my parts were shiped then they would say well whats the big deal we havent charged your card then it went like this fore a some time then just said fuck it i meen why would you say they are shiped if you havent chared me didnt make sence to me eather had to vent sorry

when i called sd to order valves they told me up front they were out of smc valves,so i ordered parkers and got them in 2 days.thats why i always order from them cause i am indiana and always get my stuff quick.
