thats a lot like the toyota bumpers on mazdas, definitely move it back and up a little bit.

move it back 4 and reshape the end

Good luck, looks like your bumper lends itself to moving, the 97 bumper has a line in it that lines up with the lights, a pain to move. That is still on my list of things to do.

Id move it. Would improve the looks.

After looking at your work it would be safe to say that you are detail orientated. I am thinking if you do not move it back now...it will bother you every time you look at it when the truck is finished.

Definatley move it back.
