Certs smerts! You have to pass a welding test, x-rays, visual inspection, etc.

hey 58 in the industrial construction world each employer will weld test you and certifie you most outfits will have you weld a cupon in the shop and have it xrayed then you'll have to have your first or your first two field weld xrayed then depending on the contract they'll x ray welds here and there as long as your weld pass visual inspections

True. Just hard getting my foot in the door. Still trying, gotta do better than this 12.50 and hour.
