What hasn't been done??? Whats going to be the next big thing???

With the engineering geniuses and the ingenuity in our sport, I'd like to see someone from the minitruck world come up with an alternative fuel. Or unibody drop an electric vehicle. Since we are trying to become an ECO-friendly world, why not roll with it??

A buddy of mine just bought one of these he's about to get started on. He's calling it project Fillmore (from the movie Cars)

I would like to build a complete car from scratch! Just a one off vehicle, maybe incorporate an electric, or even hybrid engine.I want to see everything in a vehicle wired to a touch screen full control of all electronic devices! And on a stupid,and kinda kiddish wish of mine, what about a car that actually transforms! Not even by itself, but by moving a couple of slide pannels? Just a thought!

I know a couple of things that's never been done (atleast to my knowledge). One was made in 1979. It only came in 4x4 and would look sick as hell laid out. Another, just recently hit the show circuit and has only been done by one person, not sure what that is though (Look Below) LOL.

All right, now i elaborate on my idea. Imagine this with the touch screen idea. A fully functional computer in a vehicle. A rolling office, diagnostics, navagation, wi-fi connection, flat screen monitor, 10 terabites of memory, everything in this vehicle can be controled from this panel, fuel managment, o2 emissions, ride height, plus selling software to upgrade whenever you want to intergrate something else into the system. Not only that but i want to build this vehicle to be affordable. I came up with this idea about 6 to 7 years ago and i have just never had the money to do so. I have the skills and the brain, just takes money, so if anyone wants to help sponsor me let me know!!!!! lol I want to eventually come out with my own line of cars, have wanted to for a while! I think the minitrucking scene should look foward instead of back! Yes the old school stuff is great and should be kept and respected, but moving foward it the only way to advance! Please dont let this forum die, i think its something that we as a group and as a community should discuss more frequently! If anyone has ideas on something else you could intergrate into this system send me a pm! i think us as a group and sport we can come up with something great!!!

i used to see one by me i think was bagged and ive heard theres one on the west side of Jax FL bagged n sittin LOW

I wish someone would bring that rendering to reality of the ridgeline that was blue with some flames, got rid of the ugly unibody bed and got rid of the slopes after the rear doors...that thing would be super cool if someone made it.

How about a mini with Honda fwd drive train. BD with a stock bed.

To the response about a VW bus... already been dun. When i was looking for my first car back in '96 the guy who was selling the car had a completely finished bagged and body layin VW bus. It was F_in sick, white top with a green bottom and rollin i think 15 inchers. It was down here in AZ.
