irs question

im starting to back half my ranger and do a independent rear end and i am wandering what the best rear end to get would be any help would be nice and pictures

300zx is wat i had, rx7 is aslo another, both have your bolt pattern

I would do a Vette or Supra setup. They both use a control arm-style setup. I used a 300zx IRS on my Ranger and I didn't like it. The wheel swings on an arc so the wheel changes location in the wheel well if you try to get too much camber or travel. Good luck with whatever you do choose to use!

(its been a looooong day!) i was gonna say - "those fukers got me for a few grand this year!" hahahaha anyway, my buddy is doing a 1st gen s10 blazer on 22s w/ a nizzan z rear irs. the truck is from deleware. ill try to get pics. its sik! its got mad negative rear wheel camber!

in that case, the 300zx will camber like a mofo. itll eat the shit outta your tires though. ask Cobb. he said he would do burnouts laid out and only eat the inside lip of the tire off. cool to look at. but sucks buying new tires when youve only used an inch of them.

I have the same 300zx rearend as Trace does, theres pics in my profile of it( would post pics but im at work). The mid 90's 300zx has knuckles and controls arms. I have one out of a 92 300zx for sale if your interested, just IM me.
