I'm having some issues with Paypal right now too. Kinda the same situation but it involves a car I sold. Log in to your Paypal account and get the # and call them. If he was supposed to send them back to you and it was documented they make take the money back from him and give it to you.

Looks like enough of us here in AZ, send one person and if they come away empty handed, send another. Sooner or later he have a stream of people asking him. He will get the hint. Or you can send Lucky and forget about it, he will take great care of you. Let us AZ peeps know how we can help.

Mazdarado has it right contact paypal and let them know that he hasn't returned it back to you. They should be able to help you. If I lived out there I would pay him a visit.

I already called PayPal. They said since the original dispute was closed when I issued the refund that they can't do anything. And they do not allow sellers to file disputes.

honestly.. if someone messed up on a part.. i wouldnt pay out of my pocket to send the item back.. if they wanted the part back and paid for shipping that would be a diff story



I don't have a problem paying shipping back to me. This isn't the issue. I would have paid for that, had the item been returned. I'm glad I did not pay for return shipping before it happened, because I would have been out another $30-40 there.
