What is needed to fully bag a '79? Its for a buddy im makin him a parts list on what he needs. ie control arms, spindle, etc. i know what valves and compressors. i just need the jist or any tips or tricks. Thanks

Spindles, upper plate and lower cup such as what suicidedoors sells.

Like above. Plus a link and notch. It won't lay flat unless you Z the frame or section the front crossmember.

When ordering spindles, make sure you measure the thickness of the rotor as they make two different spindles for those trucks. It really depends how much he wants to spend and what he wants out of it.

The porterbuilt dropmember is a really nice product that also converts the truck to a MII rack and pinion. They also recommend running the ART strongarms and slam RE7's.

As for the rear you could go with a KP Components bolt in 4 link, 6 link. Or Weld in a parallel 4 link with pan hard, triangulated 4 link, or a triangulated 4 link with the bags on the bars.
