You'd need to do a 4 inch Z to lay 22's. or you could do a three inch Z and section the crossmember. If you have saddle tanks you may be able to move them up. I'd just gt a fuel cell and mount it safely out of the way.

My truck has a 1.75 inch Z and lays out on a 235/75/15 (same as a 265/35/22) with stock steering and ALL stock floor.
