Police do not want them made . I read an article that this is the main hold up on production of them a few years ago . They said then they will most likely never see sale to public unless Police have a new way to stop vehicle since road spikes will not work

they could get next to the guy and put a stick in the spokes

all they gotta do is put spikes in a net, and the net would wrap up on the wheel and lock it.


amazingly thats already being done over seas, and yet again we dont have the "best" way in the states.
