when i made mine i threw it on the floor. Started to level it out using shims in the 4 corners. Then as far as being square i measured from corner to corner then vise versa the other way. if they match your table is square. Thats the only way to get it to be totally leve. Then make the feet adjustable.

I am getting ready to build one and all I am gonna do is order bulk the same steel that is gonna make my frame rails. square it up add hydraulics and make it hop....

just kidding about the hydraulics even though it would be funny
