HEY GUYS IM PICKING UP 47 BUICK ROADMASTER AND WANT TO BAG THE SHIT OUT OF IT BUT WHAT SIZE OF BAGS SHOULD I PUT UNDER THIS SUCKER AND HOW MUCH PSI AM I GOING TO NEED?

sweet! do those get a good lift?

Re8's get the same lift as Re7's. Just bigger diameter, so you get more air volume.

Your gonna have to start by boxing and re-enforcing the frame rails. If its anything like a 47 Chevrolet then youre gonna need a new front crossmember like a heidts and I'd also look into linking the rear...That'll give you a good foundation to start baggin on. RE-8's are way overkill on a car like that...Some RE-6's will work!

Re8's are F-N Huge. I would go re7's, but even those bitches are big. Like he said re6's would work.

i know there's a 13 year difference in our buicks but i'm runnin re-6's on the front of my 60' lesabre,i'm also running nitrogen on the front with a viair as backup,it gets plenty of lift with the 6's & it's an extremely heavy car

^Very nice buick. A bud from down at the shop has a black two door 59 thats bagged I guess he said hes gonna debut it at this years slamfest. Wish I had some pics I may try to get a few this weekend. I'm pretty sure he has the re6's though.
