Ohm loads arent always what they say on the amp. I've been running my current Audiobahn 1300 at .75 ohms since 2003. The w7 is Dual 1.5 ohms. It's wired in parrallel, which gives a .75 load. The amps never turned off or got hot. Been playing hard since 2003. Before that I had 6-dual 6 ohm subs wired in parrellel at .5 ohms on a Audiobahn 2200. Never had a problem with it. I played that system pretty much non-stop for a year without any problems. I'm a big fan of Audiobahn amps, they take a lickin and keep on tickin.

I was a manager at one of the east coasts largest audiobahn dealers for 3 years. I can tell you that BIG is correct. To a point the 1300HCT That he is running in his truck will handle .75 ohms as long as it has enough power. The HCT(high current) amps are set up from audiobahn to not shut themselves off from overloading, just burn themselves out, But we have done all kinds of stupid things with those amps, and found as long as they have the power they will keep running. BUT PLEASE DONT TRY THIS WITH ANY CHEAPER OR GEMERIC AMP. Audiobahn is made to beat the hell out of.....
