Well my 2007.5 Chevy crew cab duramax is coming back from the shop on MAy 12th or so. It went in for a Solid axle conversion. The truck will ride on coilovers in the front with a 4 link built.
The truck will sit about 10" of lift.

But now when it gets back i wanna put it in my shop and start tearing the ass end apart and ditch the 800.00 Deavers I just bought DOH!!!.

Heres the deal I wanna do either diesel bags or Contitech triple bellow with a 4 link...

Anyone have any pictures?

Thanks Guys, That helps alot! I was looking to build something alittle more complicated then those setups. Not just 4 inch pipe and weld a plate on top hehhee...

If you dont mind me asking, How does the Heims hold up. I would think after some miles they will get some slop in them...

I was thinking like super pivot's of something for mine....

Thanks!

I've had Heims in my Nissan for 7 years with no problems. They use them in offroad trucks all the time, desert trucks, CORE trucks, so they must stand up to the abuse. Just make sure you get good ones.

i use heims on just about every project that i've done 4-link on street rods to crawlers to my lil toyota and i've not had any problems at all. just make sure that they are chromemoly, and if you have a 3/4 ton 1" is the liteist i would go with. and use good bungs, don't just weld a nut into the end of the bars you use. im biulding two yotas know with 1" hiems and 14" kings on each end, there goin to be full blown show trucks. good luck!!!.
