Ok,so a while back I'm cruising in the bucket, while stopped in traffic the truck starts to stumble ....like it's running out of gas (familiar sound to me: gas gauge hasn't worked in a while) Anyway I hook into a gas station and fill it up. After I fill it up I had to limp home....it ran like ass, I had to play the the gas pedal kinda. I assumed I had sucked crap into the fuel filter, the kind of problem you create doing something as stupid as running totally out of fuel.Since that I've changed two fuel filters, both injectors, rebuilt the throttle body completely, egr, added an o2 sensor, pcv valve, plugs, wires, coil, cap, rotor, chased vaccum leaks(leak free now) removed ,cleaned and refilled the fuel tank, new pump and sender, flushed the lines, and even tried playing w/the timing. It runs fine for about 20 min now and starts stumbling at speed....but NEVER dies out. WTF???? Anyone know something about this PLEASE help out........and thanks for being patient enough to read all this.

Ignition Module? Normally if there's a short it will only happen when it heats up...but normally it cuts completely off. Does it run fine after it cools off?

yup....if it gets a break,it'll run fine again for a while, then start to run like crap again.

mine did the exact same thing, and I never did find the problem. It would always die out if I turned left a little too fast as well.

well shit........that doesn't instill me with much confidence Scott, I hope it's nothing really major

i would try changing the module...its only like 20-30 bux and not too bad to change...youve changed everything else
