You dont want the wheels going all catywhompus while your driving it down the road, lol.

thats what i was thinking. like get an s10 rotor and spindle. mount it to the table, and rotate the wheel. but thats really alot more than i wanna do to save a few bucks. off a little and it shakes. idiot firestone misbalanced my fronts and they shake at 40-50. annoying as hell.

oh, inside of the center caps was printed '98, so thats old ish. i like them none the less.

and whats a minimum mount flange thickness to work with?

If we were closer together i'd help you out but Washington to Michigan is a pretty good stretch. Find somebody locally with a mill and they should be able to help you out fairly inexpensive. If you were in the nieghbor hood I would probably charge you around $50 per wheel to redrill, enlarge the center bore, and thin down the mounting surface. As far as thickness of the mounting flange goes, if its over and inch thick as you said earlier, I more be inclined to shave off no more than a .250".
