What is this bumper off??

Does anyone have any idea what the front bumper on this truck is off? Im really keen on it but cant recognise it from any where... help please!

I'm pretty sure the owner said on mightyd50.com that he hand made the body kit which would include the bumper. All fiberglass. He probably took multiple pieces from other bumpers and whatnot and 'glassed them into his factory bumper. Or maybe a toyota bumper, the top Kinda looks like it could have started out as a Toy bumper.

my first guess was a newer isuzu rodeo bumper. but i have no clue.

Isuzu bumper with a civic bomb kit molded to it is my best guess...
