He isn't into Real estate anymore, He opened up a new buiness that has taken off very well. Believe me I'm sure if the publishing bussiness paid more people would stick around.

he made the comment on another site, that he goes in, cleans up, takes care of and fixes forclosures.

he does all the 'good' parts of flipping a house, except the bank still owns it.
